The Nomos Metro is one of the most famous watches from Nomos Glashütte, a German watch manufacturer. The Metro was for the first time in 2014 at Baselworld, an international watch and jewelry fair. Since then, it has become a flagship model for Nomos and is known for its innovative design and technical features.
The story of the Nomos Metro began in 2012, when the company decided to develop a new watch that would be both modern and classic. The design of the watch was by Mark Braun Nomos and Braun worked closely together to create a clean and modern design for the watch that also paid homage to the long tradition of German watchmaking.
The Nomos Metro was finally introduced to the public in 2014 and quickly received praise for its design and technical features. The watch features a round case with rounded edges and a clear dial display, guided by an innovative Nomos-developed Date display The date display consists of a ring that runs around the dial and displays the date through an opening on the dial.

The movement is precise and reliable and has a power reserve of up to 42 hours. Furthermore, the movement is also beautifully designed, with handcrafted details such as blued screws and Glashütte stripe finish on the bridges.
