You can cancel your purchased product within 20 days of delivery without giving any reason. Simply send us your cancellation notice within this period using the form on this page or by email (contact@vild-shop.com) to be transmitted. This voluntarily extended right of withdrawal applies to our customers in Germany and internationally. Custom-made or personalized items, such as products with individual embossing, are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

    After declaring your cancellation, you can return the goods to us. In many cases, the original shipping packaging can be reused, as we strive to use reusable packaging whenever possible.
